General Terms and Conditions (GTC) — Nordisk Inova Kft.
Effective as of: 2025.11.01.

Introduction, legal background
These General Terms and Conditions set out the conditions for using the services and product sales offered through the online store operated by Nordisk Inova Kft. (registered office: 1191 Budapest, Varjú Kálmán utca 19.; company registration number: 01-09-448550; tax number: 32900545-2-43; e-mail: [email protected]; phone: +36 70 787 5533). In matters not regulated herein, Hungarian law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code (Act V of 2013), Act CVIII of 2001 on certain aspects of electronic commerce services (the "Elker. tv."), Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses, and Government Decree 151/2003 (IX.22.) on mandatory warranty. These GTC are continuously available and downloadable as a PDF from the footer of the online store.

Definitions, scope
Buyer: any natural or legal person. Consumer: a natural person within the meaning of Section 8:1 (3) of the Civil Code. These GTC apply to every transaction concluded electronically through the online store and are effective from the date of publication until withdrawn.

Registration, purchasing process and conclusion of the contract
Purchases are possible without registration; with registration, order data is available in the account area. Confirming the cart by pressing the Order button constitutes a binding offer; the contract is concluded upon receipt of the confirmation e-mail. In the case of an obviously erroneous price (for example, 0 or 1 HUF), there is no obligation to perform; if the correct price is not accepted, the order will be cancelled. When invoicing, it must be indicated whether the buyer is a private individual or a business; subsequent invoice modification is not possible, and B2B purchases do not qualify as consumer transactions.

Product range and professional warning (EV chargers)
The product data sheets contain the main technical characteristics and a reference to the user manual. For reasons of electrical safety, the installation of an EV wall charger may only be carried out by a qualified electrician; improper installation poses a fire and life-safety risk and may exclude the warranty or guarantee.

Prices, discounts, payment methods
All prices are gross prices in Hungarian forints; the shipping fee is displayed separately at checkout. Payment methods: bank card (for example, via Stripe) and advance bank transfer. Card data is handled by the payment service provider; the online store only receives notification of the transaction result. Retention of title applies: the product remains the property of the Service Provider until the full purchase price has been paid.

Shipping, receipt, deadlines
Shipping methods: courier service or parcel locker. The indicative deadline for in-stock products is 4–10 business days; in the event of a supplier delay, we will provide information, and if you do not request new performance, we will refund you within 14–30 days at the latest. Upon receipt, the package must be inspected; in the event of damage, a report must be drawn up with the courier — we cannot accept a damage claim submitted afterwards without such a report. Within Hungary, shipping is free of charge (via GLS) for orders over HUF 40,000. Returns are made by courier.

Correction of data entry errors
During the ordering process, data can be modified using the Back function; it can be checked on the summary screen before the order is submitted.

Right of withdrawal and termination for consumers
The consumer may withdraw without justification before installation begins; for products, the right of withdrawal may be exercised counting from the order. Withdrawal must be communicated by an unambiguous statement, by post or e-mail. The product must be returned within 14 days; the direct cost of return is borne by the consumer. The purchase price will be refunded within 30 business days at the latest, and we may withhold the refund until the product has been returned or proof of dispatch has been provided. The consumer is liable for any diminished value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature of the product. For businesses, the 14-day right of withdrawal is not mandatory; in B2B transactions, discretionary conditions may apply, such as a 20 percent handling fee.

Warranty and guarantee
The warranty for defects (kellékszavatosság) and the product warranty (termékszavatosság) may be enforced in accordance with the Civil Code and applicable legislation; the two cannot be enforced in parallel for the same defect. In consumer transactions, mandatory guarantee applies to the products in accordance with the applicable tiered rules; the guarantee period begins upon handover or commissioning and is extended by the duration of any repair. For products requiring installation, the guarantee may be excluded in the event of improper installation. The guarantee does not cover a defect arising after handover, such as improper use, failure to follow the instruction manual, incorrect storage or transport, or force majeure.

Complaint handling and dispute resolution
Complaints may be submitted by e-mail to [email protected]; we respond within 30 days and retain the record for 3 years. The consumer may turn to the conciliation board; the competent bodies and official references are available in the footer of the online store. The parties shall strive for an amicable settlement; failing that, the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of the Service Provider shall have jurisdiction.

Copyright
The content of the online store is protected by copyright. Unauthorized downloading, storage, processing, and sale of the content is prohibited; reproduction without attribution of the source is not permitted.

Limitation of liability
The Service Provider is not liable for damages beyond its sphere of interest that were unforeseeable and unavoidable, and assumes no liability for the services of third parties.

Amendment of the GTC
The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally amend these GTC; amendments take effect upon publication in the online store.

Data processing
Personal data is processed in accordance with a separate Privacy Notice. In the case of dropshipping fulfillment, the data necessary for fulfillment (name, address, contact details) may be forwarded to the Fulfillment Partner.
